Coconut Yogurt Bowl with Spirulina

A quick, nutritious start to the day.
For 1 bowl

Ingredients

  • 200 g coconut yogurt
  • 1 tsp Aligma Spirulina Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Toppings: granola, fruit, shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix the base
    Scoop the 200 g coconut yogurt into a bowl.
    Add the 1 teaspoon Aligma Spirulina Powder and stir well until the yogurt is evenly green colored.
  2. Add chia seeds
    Sprinkle the 1 tablespoon chia seeds over the yogurt and mix it in.
    Let the mixture stand for 1–2 minutes so the chia seeds can swell slightly (optional but recommended for a fuller texture).
  3. Add toppings
    Finish the bowl with your favorite toppings:

  5. Fresh fruit (for example banana, strawberry, blueberries, or mango)
  6. Shredded coconut
  7. Serve
    Serve immediately for a fresh, creamy, and nutritious superfood bowl.
