Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- ½ tsp Aligma Spirulina Powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ lime, juiced
Preparation

Prepare avocado
Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. -
Add lime juice
Pour the juice of half a lime over the avocado. This adds flavor and prevents the avocado from browning quickly. -
Add Spirulina
Add ½ teaspoon Aligma Spirulina Powder to the bowl. -
Seasoning
Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the mixture. -
Mixing
Mash everything with a fork or puree with a hand blender until smooth, creamy spread. Taste and add extra salt or lime juice if needed. -
Serving
Serve directly on bread, crackers, wraps, or use as a dip.
